This is a report created by CLE Team, which is a team containing community members working in various Fedora groups for example Infrastructure, Release Engineering, Quality etc. This team is also moving forward some initiatives inside Fedora project.

Fedora Infrastructure
This team is taking care of day to day business regarding Fedora Infrastructure.
It’s responsible for services running in Fedora infrastructure.
Ticket tracker
- The annoying sporadic 502 errors from koji.fedoraproject.org (and src.fedoraproject.org) have been tracked down and a workaround put in place. A win for stability.
- A s390x maintainer-test instance has been setup in the linuxone oss community cloud. This will allow package maintainers to test/build on s390x.
- W2FM: W2FM GitHub hook takeover [Followup A] [Followup B]
- Firmitas: Published Firmitas v0.1.5a1 [PyPI] now on staging and production
- Firmitas: Move from Poetry to UV for project management [Triaged] [Commit]
- Firmitas: Support ticket creation on Forgejo [Triaged] [Commit A] [Commit B]
- MDAPI: providing old data [Followup A] [Followup B] [Followup C] [Followup D]
- MDAPI: fix image trigger annote order on deploy metadata [Followup] [Approved]
- MDAPI: Purge the obsoleted branches [Triaged] [Followup] [Commit] [Followup]
- Badges: Include deployment controls for Fedora Infrastructure [Commit]
- Badges: Refactor/get persons by nickname pagination [Approved]
- Badges: Add get_badges_by_string method with pagination [Suggested]
- Badges: Include unit tests for the _serve_frontend function path [Triaged] [Followup]
- Badges: WIP: Move the Fedora Badges static assets from Pagure to Forgejo [Commit]
- Nagios is down to < 100 items, it’s nearly gone!
CentOS Infra including CentOS CI
This team is taking care of day to day business regarding CentOS Infrastructure and CentOS Stream Infrastructure.
It’s responsible for services running in CentOS Infrastructure and CentOS Stream.

- Mostly business as usual, just trying to cover the basics
- New mirror request completed, some hosts needed reboots/pokes
- Watching the CVE storm, mitigating exposed hosts, and waiting for kernels to reboot on
Release Engineering
This team is taking care of day to day business regarding Fedora releases.
It’s responsible for releases, retirement process of packages and package builds.
Ticket tracker
- Continued reviewing releng change proposal for f45 changesets
- Continued working for introduction of differentiation in beta and final variants in composeinfo file according to standards.
RISC-V
This is the summary of the work done regarding the RISC-V architecture in Fedora.
- F44 rebuild: 22K packages built out of 24K.
- Continued with benchmarks on remote SpacemiT K3. (The access will expire in a couple of days.)
- Continued preparing the Flock presentation.
- Fedora Koji builder hardware: Wrote a brief business justification for two units of K3 for Jason and David.
- Debug a failed OpenJDK build, fix the bug, and kick off a fixed up build. Kicked off a fixed up JDK main build
QE
This team is taking care of quality of Fedora. Maintaining CI, organizing test days
and keeping an eye on overall quality of Fedora releases.
- Published Fedora Quality contributors statistics for the Fedora 44 cycle
- Rmdepcheck now tests ELN updates correctly
- Published testing contribution statistics for the F44 cycle: please re-share!
- Podman Test Days completed, low participation, we will investigate why
- Continued work on openQA test development and app tech debt repayment
Forgejo
This team is working on introduction of https://forge.fedoraproject.org to Fedora
and migration of repositories from pagure.io.
- Incorrect commit display for some PRs [Followup A] [Followup B]
- Private issues design ticket [Followup]
- Make forge fedora-messaging better [Followup]
- Resolve the pull request commit histories across migrated repositories [Triaged]
- Codeberg Forge repo onboarded to Konflux
- Forge and Distgit images are now built from the new Konflux infra: Added Applications, Components and Imagerepositories and customized tekton pipelines
- Forge and Distgit image generation pipeline documentation updated
- Solved annoying timeout issue on codeberg action
- Work in progress on privileged runners for project atomic and bootc, currently blocked by request for more resourceful VMs
EPEL
This team is working on keeping Epel running and helping package things.
