Council policy proposal: Policy/process for adding video content to YouTube channel

The Council is putting out a new process to allow community members to publish videos on the official Fedora Project YouTube Channel. The objective behind this proposal is both to encourage more people to contribute and to bring more attention to the channel. The proposal has three parts: the content, the format, the process.

The full proposal is available as fedora-docs#92. By policy, this proposal is open to community discussion for two weeks, after which the Council will begin voting. Discuss this on the council-discuss thread.

Contribute at the Fedora CoreOS Test Day

The Fedora 33 CoreOS Test Day focuses on testing FCOS based on Fedora 33.
The FCOS next stream is already rebased on Fedora 33 content, which will
be coming soon to testing and stable. To prepare for the content being
promoted to other streams the Fedora CoreOS and QA teams have organized a test day on Friday, November 06, 2020 (results accepted through Thursday, November 12). Refer to the wiki page for links to the test cases and materials you’ll need to participate. Read below for details.

Contribute at the Fedora Test Week for Kernel 5.9

The kernel team is working on final integration for kernel 5.9. This version was just recently released and will arrive soon in Fedora. As a result, the Fedora kernel and QA teams have organized a test week from Monday, October 26, 2020 through Monday, November 02, 2020.
