Test Days: Internationalization (i18n) features for Fedora 32

All this week, we will be testing internationalization (i18n) features in Fedora 32. Those are as follows:

FontLangProvidesToLangpacks: — This Change moved Provides: font(:lang=<langcode>) from fonts packages into new langpacks-core-font-<langcode> packages, which define the default Sans font for each language.
ProvideOpenTypeBitmapFonts:— This Change provides bitmap fonts with modern font format (OpenType Bitmap Font) to use with gnome-terminal and other applications which uses pango for font rendering.

The kernel team is working on final integration for kernel 5.5. This version was just recently released, and will arrive soon in Fedora. As a result, the Fedora kernel and QA teams have organized a test week from Monday, February 10, 2020 through Monday, February 17, 2020. I was recently able to finally finish my Rust bindings for the Bodhi REST API. And since fedora-easy-karma is still unable to submit feedback from the terminal, I thought I could put the new Bodhi bindings to good use, and implement an alternative. Enter: fedora-update-feedback.

Where are the team’s newcomers?

I was wondering why, in the QA team, there are various newcomers willing to contribute, but so little interaction in the mailing list.

If a person would like to join the QA team, like many other Fedora teams, one of the first things they are supposed to do (at least as a good practice, if not as prescribed by the team SOP) is to send an introductory email to the team’s mailing list.

And it is simple to spot that—after the introduction email and eventually being sponsored into the FAS group—in most cases the newcomers don’t send any other mail in the following times. Why?
