Last week, I submitted a proposal to the Fedora Council establishing a structure for the Fedora Code of Conduct Committee. You can read the full proposal in the Discussion topic, but in short, the goal is to establish a structured committee to handle Code of Conduct reports.
Fedora’s Code of Conduct is an important part of defining how we treat each other in Fedora. Dealing with the two dozen or so reports takes time and emotional energy. To help share the load, this proposal expands report handling beyond just the Fedora Project Leader and Fedora Community Architect. It also provides transparency and accountability to the community.
Please discuss this on Fedora Discussion. Per the Council policy change policy, this will be submitted for a Council vote in two weeks.
