Council policy proposal: Policy/process for adding video content to YouTube channel

The Council is putting out a new process to allow community members to publish videos on the official Fedora Project YouTube Channel. The objective behind this proposal is both to encourage more people to contribute and to bring more attention to the channel. The proposal has three parts: the content, the format, the process.

The full proposal is available as fedora-docs#92. By policy, this proposal is open to community discussion for two weeks, after which the Council will begin voting. Discuss this on the council-discuss thread.

Council policy proposal: Community Publishing Platforms

The Fedora Council is considering a new policy to define Community Publishing Platforms. It provides a loose framework of how moderation is handled in cases that involve the Fedora Trademark. The policy as proposed by Justin W. Flory, with edits from the Fedora Council, is found in Fedora-Council/council-docs#67.
